When you use the Pre-Approval Check, you choose to provide information such as your income, expenses, existing debt, employment details and credit history. Contact details you submit through our contact form or WhatsApp are used only to respond to you.
The information you enter into the Pre-Approval Check is used only to calculate your estimated affordability and Credit Approval Readiness result within that session, and to power the “Ask ScoreForge” chat about your own result. We do not use it to make any lending decision, because ScoreForge is not a lender.
ScoreForge does not sell your personal information. We do not share your check answers with lenders, credit bureaus or third parties without your consent.
We take reasonable, practical steps to protect the information you share with us. We won't make claims about security measures we haven't actually implemented — if that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it accurately.
You can choose not to complete any question in the Pre-Approval Check; leaving a field blank simply means that factor won't be included in your result. You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about an enquiry you've sent us.
